90-Minute School Workshops

Sessions can be booked individually though they are most effective and work best when delivered together, either across a number of weeks or over the course of a few half days!

My Mighty Mindset

Focus: Growth vs. Fixed Mindset, Self-Esteem & Confidence Building

Pupils will understand the power of a growth mindset, challenge their own limiting beliefs, and build self-esteem through self-reflection and positive affirmations.

True to YOU

Focus: Identity, Attitude & The Impact of Kindness

Pupils will discover their personal strengths and unique qualities, understand how attitude shapes behaviour, and learn the ripple effect of kindness towards others and themselves.

Warriors Worry

Focus: Why we Worry, Coping Strategies

Pupils will learn the purpose of worry, identify their main worries and develop coping strategies to manage anxious spells and blast away those butterflies.

My Chimp Brain

Focus: Managing Anger & Frustration, Recognise & Regulate

Pupils will explore the fight, flight or freeze emotional reactions and learn the science being our mind's responses. Pupils will recognise triggers for anger and explore healthy ways to manage these emotions, and practice specific coping techniques.

Power On

Focus: Resilience, Team Building, Communication Skills

Pupils will understand the power of a growth mindset, challenge their own limiting beliefs, and build self-esteem through self-reflection and positive affirmations.

Leaders of Tomorrow

Focus:  Passion, Purpose, Self-Belief & Motivation

Pupils will explore their passions, understand their potential, and develop self-belief and motivation to pursue their goals.
